Return Policy

1. Call our Business Office for a Return Authorization Number (R.A. NUMBER).
To expedite your request, please have the following information available for our office personnel:

* INVOICE NUMBER
* PART NUMBER
* REASON FOR THE RETURN

2. After the above information is provided, you will be given a Return Authorization Number.
Be sure the item is properly packaged in the original box and packing material. Place the R.A. Number on the outside of the box and return it to Earl Owen via the carrier of your choice.
3. When we receive the item, it will be inspected. If the item is in good condition Earl Owen will issue credit.
4. If you have an Earl Owen C.O.D. account, we will issue credit toward your next purchase or mail you a check, provided the item is returned in good condition.
5. PLEASE NOTE: RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO 20% RESTOCKING FEE.

Return Policy

The Carrier who delivers merchandise to your door is responsible for loss and damages. Acceptance of the shipment from Earl Owen by the carrier is acknowledgment that the articles delivered to the carrier were in good condition and properly packed.

* VISIBLE DAMAGE: If you notice damage at the time of delivery have the driver note the nature and extent of damages on the freight bill.
* NOTIFY THE CARRIER'S OFFICE TO INSPECT THE MERCHANDISE.
* FILE CLAIM FOR DAMAGES AT ONCE. On UPS shipments, notify Earl Owen about the damage and Earl Owen will file the claim. In filing a claim with the carrier, you may make a cash adjustment for full value, ararnge to have repairs made, or replace the merchandise.
* CONCEALED DAMAGE: If damage is noticed after the merchandise is unpacked, notify the carrier's office immediately and ask to have it inspected.
* Retain all boxes and packing materials until shipment has been inspected and the claim settled.
* SHORTAGES: All shortages must be reported to Earl Owen within three (3) days.
* Check the number of cartons delivered against the quantity shown on the receipt.
If quantities to not tally, have the driver note the shortage.

All claims for loss or damage should be filed immediately with the carrier making delivery to your door. Then notify Earl Owen. Should you need assistance with the claim we are glad to help. NOTE: Carrier may pick up the merchandise after the settling the claim or return it to Earl Owen for filing the claim.
