**COMPANY POLICIES**
Our merchandise is available for pick up at one of our locations or we can ship it anywhere in the country. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards for payments. We verify all checks at the time of purchase. There is a $25.00 fee for all returned checks. After two or more returned checks, accounts must be paid on a cash basis. Special orders require payment in full before we order it. There are no refunds on special ordered items.
Return/Warranty Policies
Returns are processed as quickly as possible. Always double-check part numbers before you open the box – this could save you a restocking fee. You are always welcome to call to check the status of your return.
Return procedure:
1) Request an RGA number (required for return) by submitting a Request for Return form.
You may request one by fax or simply fill it out on our website. Include invoice number
and part number you wish to return.
2) Your RGA is only good for 30 days. After that it will be cleared from our system and
you will need to request another RGA.
3) Carefully repackage the item with original box and shipping material.
a. Failure to repack the return properly will result in NO credit given.
b. Especially pay close attention to the hardware kit so it will not cause
scratches during transportation.
4) After your RGA is logged in our system, the driver or freight company will pick
up the item on your next scheduled delivery. Special trips are not made to pick up returns.
5) Once your item arrives back at our shop, it will go through our inspection and return process.
After determining your item is in good, resalable condition, you will be issued credit to
use toward future purchases. (checks must clear before credit is issued)
No returns allowed on:
A. Painted merchandise or any part that has been altered from its original condition.
B. Installed parts. (Even if it is taken off the same day)
C. Special ordered parts.
D. Discontinued parts.
E. Parts invoiced over one year.
Manufacturers Exceptions:
A. Manufacturers who handle their own defective returns: Able 2, Agri-cover, Airlift, Anzo,
Autoventshade, Bull Accessories, Bushwacker, Diamond Eye, Firestone, Hi-lift,
Jotto Desk, K&N, Bell tech, Lund, Performance Accessories, PIAA, Edge, Superchips,
Readylift, Roll N Lock, Snow performance Timbern,Undercover, Whelen.
(Contact these manufacturers directly, an EO salesman can assist you
in contacting the manufacturer)
B. Manufacturers who fix or replace parts: RKI, Whelen, Cattleman tanks/boxes
(Parts must be shipped back to manufacturer for inspection, parts will then
be repaired or replaced. There is absolutely no credit given)
Defective Merchandise
Credit or replacement on valid warranties will be determined solely by the manufacturer. Earl Owen Company will not pay any shipping, installation, or prep expenses unless authorized by the manufacturer. Credit will not be given until we receive authorization from the manufacturer. Merchandise that the manufacturer chooses not to warrant will be returned. CAUTION: Even if the product is defective, proper care and re-packaging is required for full credit.
